# What really became of Hitler?

I graduated from high school in 1965, and by then the story was one of the ones listed above: that Eva Braun had taken poison, Hitler shot himself, followed by insufficient gasoline to do the cremation job right, disposition of the remains as cloudy as most things behind the Iron Curtain. Regardless of lack of remains, the mainstream thought was that he was truly dead.

Nope, just light-heartedly bringing up the possibility of last-instant repentance, and hinting at the problem it might pose for most fundies.

Of course, the Furher would have to share Paradise with “completed Jews”, and that paints a pretty interesting picture, too.
