I only saw it for a moment on Steam but it looked interesting and I can’t quite remember the name. . It’s a city built set in Greece, and you can ask the gods for various boons I guess? The game shows them walking in the streets I think? It was named something like Civilization but not that exactly. I wonder if it’s any good. ---

Populous and Populous II may be what you have in mind. They are pretty good. ---

The Populous games are great but pretty old. Could it be the slightly more recent [Zeus + Poseidon on Steam](https://store.steampowered.com/app/566050/Zeus__Poseidon/) ? ---

No, I’ve played those a little (and thanks for reminding me about them-I need to find them again). I specifically remember Zeus on the title card on Steam. ---

Maybe [Save 20% on Age of Mythology: Retold on Steam](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1934680/Age_of_Mythology_Retold/) too, but that’s less Civ-like and more of a RTS like Age of Empires. ---
