My shower soap is [Grandpa Brand Pine Tar soap](https://grandpasoap.com/product/pine-tar-soap/). Smells like a cross between campfire, a baseball mitt and new tires. The scent is strong when you smell the bar, but it wears off quickly on the skin. It’s the best soap I’ve ever used. I’ve been using it exclusively for at least 10 years. Never dries, good for beards and hair as well. I dislike scent on others, so I don’t inflict it on anyone else. (I do like the smell of certain scents, but I don’t want to smell them for very long.) To me, it’s just like being forced to listen to somebody else’s playlist. ---

I’ve had to move my seat at a restaurant when I couldn’t smell the garlic in my food over the perfume of the woman across from me. She assured me, “I don’t wear this for _me_, I wear it to honor my late mother.” 🙄 ---
