Obviously this old calculator means a lot to you. Why else would you be posting your question about it here in this message board?
If it feels like a faithful old friend to you, keep it. It won’t hurt to have it around as a keepsake mounted on the wall in a lovely shadowbox.
I’d only see it as a problem if you were a packrat and did that with every single item you ever owned. Then your house would be bursting at the seams.

Keep it! If you have to, just throw it into a drawer, but I really think that JuanitaTech has the best idea. Just think, in the future you can view it as an art object, and also a commerative of the changes that you have seen.
Plus it would look very cool as a shadow box object d’art
