You could go with Pholpot, a combo of the first and last name of that creator of pyramids of skulls in Cambodia. You could always dub the kid Dahmer, too. Or Hannibal, for that matter.

How about Borgia, or Lucretia, if it’s a girl?

No if. (Rats!). He’s proven his boyishness on numerous ultrasounds AND a bloodtest Mama’s over 35, so had all sorts of prenatal testing done.
