The Buggles’ “Video Killed the Radio Star,” sounds like the most 80s song of the 80s. It was even the first video shown on MTV. It was released in 1979.
“There She Goes” by The La’s has a very 70’s feel. It was released in 1988 and then covered in the mid 1990s by Sixpence None the Richer.

When the wispy “Tattoo You” album came out on the early 80s, I listened to “Waiting on a Friend” and thought this had a real 60’s-ish thing going on. Apparently recorded without singing/lyrics in '72.
A lot of Black Keys songs sound to me like they belong in the seventies.
