Hi. Late to a thread again, but for anyone needing (or even wanting) information about Australian artists they may not have heard of, **Milesago** is about the top reference: ``` http://www.milesago.com/Artists/ArtistFrames.htm ``` Whoever got **Evie part 1** by **Stevie Wright** hit the jackpot - in my opinion the very best piece of rock to come out of Australia. Stevie was the frontman for **The Easybeats** and the song was written by Harry vanda and George Young (also from **The Easybeats** ). As another hijack almost all of the Australian songs mentioned are on YouTube, definitely \*\*The Mixtures \*\* and **Ted Mulry Gang**. Evie is on there but not by **Stevie Wright** - Suzi Qattro does a surprisingly good version. Have fun if you’re interested. ---
