Forest Gump was a shit movie, Dance with Wolves was boring but Waterworld is the worst movie ever. Tom Cruise hasn’t made a good movie since Days of Thunder (and that was crap) Mad Max (Road Warrior to you yanks) is the best movie ever. ---

(yeah, I have no idea why I needed to get all facty and influencey about that - I think my commitment to the Unshakeable Law of Jeff Beck pushes me to silliness at times ;)) What’s funny is that I don’t like a lot of Beck’s music - as far as I can tell, he likes to experiment and try different blends of rock, blues, jazz, rockabilly, etc. and many hit, but almost as many miss. I just don’t like a lot of his music. The songs are just not very good, in many cases. He’s a MUCH better guitarist than a songwriter or singer. ---
