To add to **Lilairen** ’s post- isn’t anger considered a mask for sadness? Either way, if you’ve got tears rolling down your tears, you’re crying. I mean, you could be angry too, but that doesn’t mean the boy isn’t crying. And as **Lilairen** said, women and girls have this response as well. I can remember feeling pissed off and frustrated at the world and crying as an example. ---

Somebody said they cried at _Schindler’s List_. I suppose Liam Neeson’s terrible acting during the “I could have saved one more” scene might have been worth crying about. The fact that he was so totally unconvincing in that scene ruined the movie for me. It just didn’t have a payoff. I always hear people saying they cried at the end of _Brian’s Song_. I was starting to think that tears at the end of that movie was just a cliche, they did a whole episode of “Just Shoot Me” with that premise. Like I said, if you wanna cry alone at a movie (not in the theater), then knock yourself out. ---

I’ve cried. Loudly. In public. (Quietly, in private, too.) And with damn good reason. Fuck you if it makes you uncomfortable. My emotions or the expression thereof don’t need, nor are they asking for, your approval. No I am not trolling. Well it looks like I got my ass kicked. At least it wasn’t a tie so that no one got their feelings hurt. Why am I the only one who thinks schools have changed? When I went to school they would swat you with the paddle in front of the whole class. If you cried the bullies would pick on you. I mean like slam you into the lockers. They talk about feelings alot more than they used to, it’s like the Opra show. I really think they are teaching boys to act more like girls. Won’t anyone come to my defence? Do I have to cry for people to understand me? ---

Neofishboy - I have a talking Stitch doll. When you ask it “Where are you” it answers “I’m Lost” in exactly the tone he says it in the movie. And it nearly brings me to tears again, every time. (Yeah, I’m a chick. Guess what. I don’t cry at movies - I let Dad do it. Except The Day After or whatever the fuck that made-for-TV nuclear holocaust movie was. And I didn’t cry the first time I saw that because I was in school, in a class with all guys, and didn’t need the teasing. So bite me.)
