For those of you who do not know, my boyfriend recently bought me sea monkeys. Interesting creatures. For almost two weeks now, they’ve been growing just fine.

One of my new pets has grown something on it that seems kinda odd. Right at the end of it’s little appendages lay what appears to be a set of - for lack of a better descriptive word - balls. They are not present on my other sea monkeys. Is the he a she I wonder and they are just egg sacks?
I’ve noticed around the same time that there seem to be a large number of newly hatched baby sea monkeys.

Hmmm…

I looked through my little “Guide to Raising Sea Monkey’s” manual that came with them, but alas, it was of no help. So I turn to you, my fellow dopers to solve yet another riddle.
