Did anybody see him on _Win Ben Stein’s Money_? Blecch. I mean, we know where the man’s brains are located. The other contestants were two of his… models? co-workers? egg donors? … and of course he went down first. I mean… the girls lasted longer than him. Uh, no, the girls collected a bigger wad… cough. I doubt that a glimpse of this guy on an infomercial would be harmful to any kid at any age though. However, if a kid starts asking questions about why anyone would be insecure enough to want to use a “penis enlarger” parents should have a good answer. Parents can expose their children to several good, real role models, and they’ll end up knowing the difference between the good and the bad. It would be nice if they didn’t give the kids a pre-determined prejudice against fat and/or hairy people though. But in the summertime he often stays up til 2am or even later with us. We’re night people. What is wrong with that? Why does that make me a parent who doesn’t care? ---

You’ll also find him in the Newsradio episode where Jimmy James had that book translated into Japanese and then back into English. He’s in the audience. Look closely, he’s flipping off the camera. I remember watching CNN about 6 years ago they were talking about some sushi bar in LA and were showing crowd scenes. And the two people closest to the cameras were Dyanna Lauren and some porn guy who has a name I don’t know. Needless to say it was out of rotation the next time around. I thought that was pretty funny. ---

I actually saw the “Weakest Link” episode, and Jeremy was the smartest guy on the show. He didn’t win, but I think he made it to the final 2 or 3. I was quite surprised by some of the questions he knew. But it really made me wonder about our culture. I mean, just what was he doing there? I think it was a ‘Hollywood bad boys’ episode or something, and had Danny Bonaduce, Mackenzie Phillips, and a few other hollywood detritus types. But still… “Mommy, who’s the fat man with the big mustache?” “That’s Ron Jeremy, son.” “What’s he famous for?” “Well, he has a 9-inch penis, can sustain erections for hours, and is said to be able to orgasm on command.” “Wow! I want to be just like him!” ---

[hijack]I saw a “Blue Bloopers” tape with Ron; there was a segment where a team of people armed with dozens of disposable razors shaved the hedgehog’s entire body, then painted him white, and dressed him as a Kabuke dancer. I have not since seen anything nearly as surreal. Another part of the tape showed him in the throes of passion with a woman who was apparently enjoying herself immensely; then we hear “cut” and she \*screams \* “get OFF of me you disgusting pig!!” I laughed until I cried.
