Having finally gotten a chance to see the pictures (I wasn’t going to risk it at work!), I see that someone’s already brought the links to the fishing cat. The flat (almost reptilian) head and small ears definitely tag it. ---

Needless to say I did not notice this until after I had made some lengthy and basically wrong conjectures about the meaning of the Russian word “Kotik” and looked through pages and pages of pictures of the smaller wild cats to make a positive ID. Some days its amazing how wrong you can be but still be right. 😃 ---

I am all cool with having your gigantic cat fish in your bathtub and butcher chickens on your shiny floors. Then the next photo is the cat climbing on their dinner table and their food. Ugh!
