# What the hell is everybody's problem?

I come to the SDMB to learn things and to be entertained. I like to read a thread and have a laugh at a joke someone posts or whatever. I like to read someone’s question about something and the answers that follow.
WHAT I DO NOT LIKE is the attitudes of some of the people on this message board. I know there’s a similar sticky thread here in the BBQ pit, but I’m starting my own because my gripes are slightly different.
Why is it that if someone makes a comment or a joke about something that’s already been addressed, some asshole feels it’s his place to point out that the person who made the post _obviously_ didn’t read the OP or the rest of the thread? I HATE THAT!!!
Sometimes someone will misspell something. Of course, some know-it-all asshole feels that it’s his place to correct spelling and grammar. WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!?! I know we’re suppose to be fighting ignorance, but we can’t always fix imperfections in someone’s spelling or typing.
My number one gripe is people who comment on a thread that has similarites to another one. You know, the people who post only to say “Do we really need another thread about this?” If you don’t like the thread topic, or think it’s tedious or stupid, GET OUT!!! READ SOMETHING ELSE!!! :mad: :mad: :mad:

First: Welcome to the boards.
Second: The only time I get annoyed by threads that have already been made is when their is 3 or more threads on the same topic, that _are still active_ .

I have this package of hard salami at home that I’ve been using to add a little taste to my sandwitches, but there seems to be a lot more of this salami than the other pre-packaged meats I purchased.
This has put me in somewhat of a connundrum, as there will probably be salami left over when the other meats are gone. Now don’t get me wrong - this is good salami, but what am I supposed to do with salami alone?
I’ve started giving a slice to the dog when preparing sandwitches to try to even out the rate of consumption of my lunchmeats, but I’m fearful it might give him gas.
He has really bad-smelling gas.
Damn, and I thought I was having a rough week to begin with.

You could give the dog six or eight hard-boiled eggs each time you give him a slice of salami. The salami would then have a negligible effect on the quantity and stinkiness of his gas.
