Perhaps you don’t remember, but when he signed up, he used _my_ hotmail account for his e-mail address. Therefore, if he requests his password, he’ll have to go through me. That’s how I was able to change his password in the first place. ---

While **loverock** was still running around, after I wrote a decidedly unflattering post about “him”, one of the participants apparently decided to be funny and change his email address to match mine. So even though I’ve never made a loverock post, it looks like I have. ---

So what’s the big deal here? Why do you care if people want to come and go or use different names? You developing emotional attachments to some of these folks or what? ---

1. Person joins the board 2. Person goes to MPSIMS, GQ, or GD and makes opinionated yet unsubstantiated posts. 3. Person gets ripped a new one by some of the more experienced posters, and those who have facts to back up their opinions. 4. Melee ensues. 5. Person finds him/herself in the Pit. One other poster from the original thread comes in and introduces person. 6. Person gets beaten senseless with his own words. From here, it can go one of two ways: 6a) With his/her credibility destroyed, person has no choice but to start again under new name. Unfortunately, new name does not enhance IQ. Go back to step 2. OR… 6b) With no allies, person uses some kind of messed-up logic to come to the conclusion that (s)he has no choice but to create an alter-ego to defend himself. Unfortunately, person has two personas but still only the one brain. Go back to step 5. * * * The IQ of a group is equal to the IQ of the dumbest member divided by the number of people in the group. ---
