If you can’t get it via the naughty-naughty channels then I am afraid you just aren’t very good at the internet. I could have it for you in around 2 minutes. I had no issue downloading it the day after it was shown and a quick look shows that it is still out there. ---

Considering that Lars Vilks has been targeted for assassination and has to live under police protection just because he drew a little cartoon sketch poking fun at Muhammad, I do think the issue of freedom of artistic expression is a serious matter. Even though legally allowed to be cowards, it really is disappointing that Comedy Central backed down so easily. ESPECIALLY since the show has made fun of just about every other group of people. Fundamentalist Christians could take from this that all they have to do to get Comedy Central to stop airing jokes about Jesus is to make a credible threat of violence. I don’t want to see Arabs eradicated from the world. I have been around long enough to know that you have reasonable people and crazy people in any large group. I used to live near Dearborn, MI (one of the biggest Arab American communities in the US) so I know enough Arabs who are cool people. However, I encourage honest discussion of Muslim culture and its effects on human rights. The right to be able to say anything we want about anyone else - even, no, ESPECIALLY if it’s not kind or enlightened or appropriate - is a valuable right. Unfortunately, far too many people think that the only speech that should be allowed is speech that they don’t find offensive. ---
