You never once saw it, but I bet Phil set that town on fire over and over again. He was miserable for many years and he remembers what he did and what he saw. If he doesn’t care he’s a monster and if he does he will never shake the trauma he caused those decent people. That film is so much darker than it thinks it is. ---
