Otherwise, I’d go for The Simpsons (which started in the 80s, of course, but was prominent throughout the 90s), or The X-Files (as mentioned). Assuming you can’t pick the Sonic the Hedgehog theme from the Mega Drive games. ---

I think for me it’s Twin Peaks cause when I hear the theme song, I find myself adding the words, and throwing Julee Cruise into the mix just accentuates the 90’s aspect. ---

My first thought was Full House. Seinfeld borders on the late 80’s to me.
