Gaining weight when I don’t want to, changing my exercise routine, changing what I eat/drink, and labor at the end of it. Would most guys be okay with sex if they had to get anally sodomized in nine months? I’m being hyperbolic, but I’m very sensitive about stuff happening to me against my will that involves my nether regions. If I consented to a pregnancy and was going through it on MY terms, then yeah, it’s all good. But the idea of me, or any woman, going through an unwanted pregnancy when she’d prefer to abort is, to my mind, tragic. ---

Have you ever lived with a pregnant woman? Because I find it hard to believe that any person in close proximity with a pregnant woman would not deem the shit your body goes through “weird,” even with the narrowest of definitions. ---

It was years ago, so I can’t find the thread (and there have probably been a few similar ones since, I suspect) but it was on the Dope that I, to my great astonishment, found out that many women shave or wax all or most of their pubic hair. I (mid twenties at the time) really had no idea that this was ever done outside of a porn flick.
