  1. The domestication of animals, especially dogs. Without dogs helping us out we are just another tasty food item for the saber- toothed cats.
  2. Fire. Fire. Fire. - Beavis (the harnessing of).
  3. War. Sort of a bummer, but it seems to be the natural state of humanity.
