Any mention of what the correct time is always brings to mind that famous sketch from the Goon Show , written by Spike Milligan :- " ‘What time is it, Eccles? ’ ‘Erm, just a minute I got it written down on a piece of paper. A nice man wrote it down for me this morning. It’s writted 8 o’clock.’ ’ But wait a minute.
