# What To Do About Loud Co-Worker?

I have had to deal with numerous loud people in my 22+ years of working in the corporate world. You just have to drown them out. Or, try to change your seat (if possible), and/or try to work from home (if possible). If not, just put up with it. If you want to keep your job, that’s what you’ll do.

I came back from a week off to find Loud Co-Worker’s cube empty, devoid of any personal items and her name plate. I asked her boss if she’d left, and he said no, her role had changed and she’s moved a bit further down the hall (but still in our general area.) So, it appears things may be getting a bit quieter now!
