I dice it and fry it up with O’brien potatoes and season with apple cider vinegar and a little colman’s mustard. Yum! ---

Run it thru a meat grinder or food processer (set on coarse) together with an equal volume of velveeta cheese, and spread the resulting material on bread or english muffin halves, then put under the broiler for 5 minutes. Yum!! ---

Slice a couple of thin slices, pan broil it to get the crispy edges and put on a peanut butter sandwich, which you proceed to grill. Goes well with beer. 😃 ---

Haven’t tried the baconed Spam yet, but the jalapeno version is quite tasty. Next on my list to try is the chorizo-spiced version. ---

I haven’t had it in years, but fry it in slices and eat with eggs, or fry it with onions and shredded potatos for hashbrowns. ---

Health food it isn’t. But it last for next to forever and is moderately tasty, so a can or two will always reside in my pantry. ---

Spam is one of my family’s classic on the road foods. I actually perfer the Bacon Spam in taste to the classic Spam. Cut it into pieces and cook it with eggs, cheese, onions, and wild mushrooms if you really know your mushrooms for an outdoor picnic. ---
