My wife and I very successful did a bunch of jelly canning using honey instead of sugar. Blueberries, raspberries, peaches, plums. It made the best jellies I’ve ever had, the honey flavor is a great accent. ---

Drizzle honey over a bowl of plain yogurt. Slice up some apples, thin slices are better, and dip into the yogurt-honey mixture. Eat. (Don’t mix it all up; leave the honey as drizzles, so there is clear yogurt/honey definition.) It’s yummy. ---

You can wait till it’s really cold and dump it on someone’s car. A gallon should be enough for all the doors. Or you can wait till it’s summer and dump it on someone’s car. Flies and other bugs will be attracted to it. Make sure you get it all over their doors. Also, this could get you in trouble and is not very nice. So do it to an enemy. ---

The holidays are coming up. I’d find a honey-rich recipe for something yummy, make a ton of it, and freeze it until the eating and giving season kicks in. ---

Honey-Garlic anything. Ribs, wings, you name it. Double the amount of scallions the recipe gives. ---

Anything you bake; substitute for the sugar. Bread recipes come out great. In oatmeal or grits in the morning along with fruit. Just a spoon for yourself - now and then. ---

My favorite suggestions were the biscuit one just above and the pouring into smaller containers and giving it as gifts to friends and family. You could even make up a label addressing how it was made from flowers on your property to make it even more special for the recipients. ---

Especially served with a pilaf that uses part orange juice and grated orange zest, and butter toasted pine nuts and almonds for crunch. Such sensual bliss in this food, it will lead to licking of fingers and then to more licking and then to that sexual experimentation stuff some other folk were mentioning. Well, you could mail me some. Honey is getting quite expensive. Especially the real stuff from a beekeeper. I saw an 8 oz jar for $9.99. I’ll second the PB&H Sandwiches. Especially if you make them in the morning, put them in a sandwich baggie and by lunch, the honey has soaked the bread and crystallized a bit. ---
