2 trendy things: [Fermented garlic honey](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLVxVQ8O0s4&list=PLKtIunYVkv_SUyXj_6Fe53okfzM9yVq1F&index=65). No wourder needed. Noma cookbook black garlic. This requires a commitment, basically have a dedicated slow cooker for several months fermenting in heat. Have not tried this. ---
