# What to do with leftover grilled fish?

I grilled a whole red snapper tonight and have some leftovers. I’ve considered fish cakes or fish tacos – any other suggestions?

I like fish cold and might be tempted to put chunks in a green salad.

You can also mince it and mix it up like a tuna salad.

A tomato based warm summer soup the day after with paprika and garlic, maybe make a fume’ with carrots, onions, white wine, butter and a bouquet garni’ with the leftover fish. Maybe add a xsopp odf rice.

I’ll happily eat grilled fish as a cold leftover. It’s surprisingly good. In my house is usually doesn’t last past breakfast of the morning after.
