Pepino: [http://www.communitygarden.org.au/ideas/fruits/pepino.html](http://www.communitygarden.org.au/ideas/fruits/pepino.html)

Due to various reasons I am leaving my local community garden. I intend to leave my plot how I found it so this necessitate removing all my plants.
My pepino bush is covered in green fruit and my heart breaks at the thought of putting the lot in the compost.

Anyone know if green pepinos are poisonous???
If not what could I use them for (wondering about chutney al a green tomato)?
