Nitpick: That is not the front we are talking about here. We would rather talk about the Russian front line that collapsed than the one which fell off. Lukashenko is concerned with the consequences for Lukashenko. Most of the time, that means sucking up to Putin, because Putin as an ally shores up Lukashenkoā€™s domestic support. But also key to the security of Lukashenko is the loyalty of his military forces, and the rumor is that the Belarusian army will quite possibly mutiny if ordered to begin active participation in the war. If thatā€™s true, Lukashenko is most likely aware of it, because I donā€™t get the impression that heā€™s one of those dictators that believes his own propaganda. All of his actions regarding the war to date are consistent with this analysis. ---

If this current map is accurate, theyā€™ve also invaded south of Ulanok and are almost at Giri. If thatā€™s the case then it should be easy to surround Ulanok from the rear since the terrain from Suzdha to Giri is pretty clear.
