That being said, reviving a seven-year-old thread to insult someone is crossing the line of our rules (don’t call other posters douchebags outside of the Pit) and not terribly effective. That particular poster, **SeaDragonTattoo** , has helped countless animals, as well as quite a few people here. The reason she questioned the use of “foster” is to determine whether the cat was eligible for veterinary services provided by a shelter. It was certainly no reason to go off on her.
