Oh, don’t feel bad. You’re younger than my mother.

By 10 months and 6 days. 😃

Cool, another double 10:er. Did you know that we share birthdate with Thelonius Monk?

I guess my problem is that I really don’t like 80s music. I grew up listening to “oldies” so I recognize and enjoy most of the 60s and 70s songs that others have posted. Definitely classics.

I was exactly 22 years later, Zoe (July 14, 1965). I got one of the greatest-ever rock songs: “Satisfaction” by Stones.

But I’m not a big fan of the song. And my problem is probably too much satisfaction.

Ugh. “Rhinestone Cowboy” by Glen Campbell, how gawd awful.

Even better, I might have been conceived to the tune of “Kung Fu Fighting” by Carl Douglas, how seventies.

Oh God – another thread to make me feel old. According to the link: “There are such things” by Tommy Dorsey. Well, I know of the band and have heard some of their work, but I’m not a fan of the big band sound. Don’t think I’ve ever heard that particular song. I’m a '70’s kind of gal.

Hey, if we’re talking about songs we may have been _conceived_ to, then I get to go back exactly 9 months from Feb 10, 1973 (to May 10, 1973), and the song was…

“The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face” by Roberta Flack

[_The Three Bells_](http://www.cowboylyrics.com/lyrics/classic-country/three-bells-14925.html) by the Browns. Only one of said bells applies so far to my life – I was obviously born (August 30, 1959), but have yet to marry or die. When I was conceived, The Teddy Bears’ _To Know Him Is to Love Him_ might well have been topping the charts. I’m glad there’s at least one **Doper** who agrees that the title applies to me. 😉
