**porcupine** : in any thread about dogs or sex. (but not both.) **SPOOFE** : Any thread about Star Wars, and probably Star Trek, too. **Coldfire** : Most threads about Europe or current events. **Esprix** , **matt\_mcl** : Any thread even remotely connected to homosexuality (this one was kind of obvious). **Ruffian** : Any thread about horses. Myself (i.e., the OP): any thread about guns or the national media. Most threads about feminism, some threads about sex. ---

**Anthracite** : Coal, as one might guess. **tomndebb** and **Polycarp** : Threads with a theological bent. (At least the good ones.) I myself will always appear in a thread about cricket. ---

**Chronos** shows up in all those astro/quantum physics threads that make my head spin. **mtgman** shows up, predictably enough, in all the _Magic: The Gathering_ threads. **SPOOFE** shows up in the PC/Mac debates, as does **Yosemitebabe** , IIRC. And **handy** , of course, shows up in every thread outside of the pit. 😃 ---

Anything Trek-related–especially re Enterprise–will feature **NoClueBoy, Achernar, Kn\*ckers, carnivorousplant, Tars Tarkas, Aesiron, terrifel, me** --and sometimes **Chuck Forbin, OpalCat, tarragon918, raisinbread, Bryan Ekers** , and more. (Sorry if I’ve left someone out inadvertently. I’ll also show up in most threads about college students or instructors. ---

**Ben** nearly always shows up in threads regarding evolution, most especially ones that debate it versus creationism. I’ve seen at least a few of his threads turn into EvsC debates by his very presence, even though he was speaking of something different. ---
