# What unexpected effect have you experienced from the pandemic?

Whether you’ve had COVID or not, I think we’ve all experienced effects that have surprised us. Mine has been dreaming. At the start, I had many intense nightmares that I think were stress induced. Lately I’ve had much more lucid dreams than I’ve ever had. I don’t know if that’s COVID related or not but nothing else has changed so it’s possible at least.

I used to take Claritin daily and sometimes twice daily. Masking really helps with my pollen allergies and I’m only taking a pill once in a while. Those things aren’t cheap, I’m saving a dollar a day!
