I didn’t see any followup news items to this [story of several weeks ago](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a6Nx8auRWCk&feature=related). Was there any conclusion? Was it determined to be a real puppy or not?

Still undetermined, according to [Snopes](http://www.snopes.com/photos/military/throwpuppy.asp) and I can’t see any news items taking it further in Google News.
