# What was the name of that building where the corner collapsed?

I vaguely recall some black and white footage of a hi-rise apartment or office building where one corner collapsed from the roof to the ground leaving the rest of building intact. I remember it as an engineering accident so I assume it was some kind of pre-fab cell or panel built building. I believe it was somewhere english speaking. I don’t remember much else.

Can anyone identify the name of the building or event?
