[/QUOTE] Apparently, they’re concerned with legal liability. Absolutely, criminal, IMHO. The idiots couldn’t figure out how to sell the planes and make a profit off of them. Hello! The plane has to have **three** transponders to make sure that it shows up on radar. Now, who on Earth would be interested in a plane, that with a little modification _wouldn’t_ show up on radar? Did no one at Beechcraft think of calling up Columbian Cartel Express and saying, “Have I got the plane for _you!_”?
