This. If FQ is to have meaning, we really need to leave it to good questions that are well written and invite of truly factual settled answers. Problem is, we get a lot more IMHO-type FQs than we get FQ-type FQs. And now that wiki is as wide-ranging as it is, and our headcount of esoteric experts is ever shrinking, it’s harder and harder to find a sweet spot for questions wiki can’t answer but one of our experts can. ---

But, now, with so many other sources of information out there, as well as the calving off of some of what used to be in FQ/GQ into other subforums, there are times when FQ is now one of the board’s slowest areas (though it’s pretty busy at this moment).
