Strangelove is spending a lot of pixels on amplifying a white supremacist attacking Mamdani for a trivial but probably unwise decision he made as a teenager. He’s doing it, not because he’s really emphatic that teens should fill out racial identification correctly, but because he dislikes Mamdani’s politics. It’s a shitty ad hominem. His tongue-in-cheek post is continuing that shitty ad hominem. ---

It’s kind of a ridiculous thing to make a fuss about, but it _is_ an example of double standards. Not as ridiculous as complaining about him eating with his hands, though. 🤣 The wailing about him on social media has been pretty entertaining. ---

His job is to adjudicate disability requests, IIRC. I believe he mainly reviews appeals, which probably means he sees a lot of borderline cases, which I am certain shades his perception. ---
