Meh. It’s clearly a plural “you,” from someone who doesn’t want to use “y’all.” I’m sure my use of “y’all” annoys some people, so I’m not going to care too much whether someone uses a different form. ---

No. I’ve adopted “yous” into my idiolect because I think it’s a very intelligent, neat, crisp way to remove ambiguity and potentially prevent a lot of misunderstandings. When I’m not pointing a finger at anyone personally, just generally saying all of yous. I advocate the general adoption of it to fill a gap in our pronoun inventory. ---

You—I exempted you from what I said above. Being Jewish means to be aware of oppression in a way no American Christian ever needs to experience. White male cis-het atheists of formerly Christian background are mostly still coasting on residual Christian privilege as long as they stay under the radar of MAGA. Yeah, I know how much they hate being reminded of their privilege. Well, too bad for yous! Just own it already. Edit: Lately, most of the Jews in the circles I’m part of are expressing alarm at the current rise in anti-Semitism. I take this seriously. I’m just as committed to fighting anti-Semitism as anti-Black racism and transphobia. Everybody needs to speak out! ---
