Im sure people who think about racism all day have a word for this but viewing victims of prejudice as inherently wise or noble as a result is a form of bigotry. It doesn’t bother me personally - im mostly amused by it especially given the zero-tolerance views you’re expressing. ---

I feel like you’re going to bring a very specific argument into this thread and overwhelm it. This thread is more for meta stuff when a poster is acting out of character I guess. I don’t understand her name making it more probable. At. All. I have a child named Jamie. She is not intersex because her name might sound male. (I do believe the name is listed as “feminized for James”, sounds girly to me) How weird to say that. (I have a male sounding name, 2 of my granddaughters have male sounding names. I might take offense but I assure you we’ve all heard it before) ---

Yeah, if Jamie Lee Curtis actually is XY, her parents (who named her) probably wouldn’t have known when she was born (when they named her). Most AIS women aren’t diagnosed until puberty. And I’m really not sure why you thought it necessary to bump the thread at all, given the total lack of new information you added.
