The other defenders were unfortunately expected—well except I didn’t know they still posted here. And not you. You I don’t know. But you are severely underplaying the issue with Beck, and having a double standard when it comes to abuse. I suspect you just like Beck, but I ask you to take a step back and pretend it was someone else, and make it about some bigotry you care deeply about. ---

You realize that calling out ugly verbal abuse is different than defending a particular person correct? As, for a real world example, one can critique Israel’s actions without being a Hamas defender. Some of these personal attacks are grotesque. Why, people are even commenting on her real life medical conditions! The reprehensibility! ---

I never did understand the Beck fan club and neither do I get the intensity of the contempt here. Really we can all skip her contributions to other threads just as easily as we can skip anything entitled bad bad bad. Respond to the actual point once but then you are making the choice to bang your head against the wall and to feed the hungry. Why the need to continue to fruitlessly engage let alone to attack so obscenely? ---

I think she’s wrong on this issue. I think she’s been told she’s wrong many, many times. If she had gotten a warning or more for what she wrote, I wouldn’t have said a thing. I don’t like seeing a person laying on the ground being kicked. And that what this feels like. ---

SWERF is like TERF. It stands for Sex Worker Exclusive Radical Feminist. It refers to those who attack people who voluntarily choose to do porn or other things. You did not just attack porn. You attacked women who dare to voluntarily participate in it. And multiple people told you this, and you decided to accuse them of misogyny. That’s RF part. It’s exactly why YWTF and DemonTree did what they did. ---

I do not hate men. I hate men who try and tell me how to be. I’ve lived with that thru my life. I do not like it. I so don’t give a crap what that teacher did or will do. My problem was the pornography. I stated my objections. In a IMHO thread. Where my opinion was asked for. Now I’m jumped on.
