No, I just meant that if you compare New York to other large cities, then you’d probably see that they tend to have more going on, Mass-transit wise. Plus, New York needs to learn how to run a bus properly. That stupid metro card reader takes way too long. Also, the design is weird. Check out a bus in Europe sometime and see what it’s supposed to be like.
I haven’t read all the responses, but it’s my understanding that this was supposed to have happened already. Large swaths of the radio spectrum were auctioned off early in the 1990s, so it’s a moot point. The new owners are surely getting a bit antsy by now. They paid for something they still don’t have the use of. Not that I agree with how this was handled at all. It was a big story at the time anyway.
