What wine/champagne/cocktails do you prefer with Thanksgiving dinner?

I’m no connoisseur in these matters. I’ve got Freixenet extra dry, and an Italian Pinot Grigio on hand. I’ll probably pick up some Maker’s Mark for sipping on while cooking.
