My feelings on the present administration aside, I do agree that I would much rather see a Homeland Security secretary ascending to the presidency rather than the person in charge of national parks or farm subsidies.

Yeah, but if terrorists manage to take out the President, Vice President, Speaker of the House, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, Secretaries of State, Treasury and Defense, would you trust the Homeland Security guy to do a good job?
