And I like to modify existing games (Saint Petersburg and A Game of Throne). But somehow, people aren’t interested. When I suggest “Hey, let’s try this!” they start shifting their legs, going em and ah. Too bad I am in Singapore. I would love to playtest with you and your group of friends, but air travel isn’t cheap 🙂 ---

For friends: So, I got this email from Sue…(the wife of our good buddy who turned him into a preacher for her cult, I mean church, if you count some shack in the woods a church. Pussy is a powerful tool. She only emails me, but I feel they should all partake of the crazy.) At work: Meeting in conference room in 10 mins. (new case assignments suck) At home: Hubby: Wow look at how nice that house on the corner is with the new paint job. Kid #1, 17yro: Isn’t tomorrow trash day? [/QUOTE] It’s got various meaning, but it’s generally used in the UK to refer to “back-to-basics” woodland camping with a focus on self-sufficiency in the natural world… so making natural shelters (or using a hammock / tarp rather than tent), cooking over open fires, using plant cordage, foraging / hunting for food. Low-tech camping, if you like. As compared with high-tech hill-walking types, where technical fabrics, lightweight tents, and complicated stoves are the order of the day. Or genteel English camping, where you have hot showers, electricity hookups for your TV, a bar on site, neatly mown pitches etc etc. ---
