I have a great mix that I’ve been listening to all day today. It’s my absolute favorite and the one I listen to every year. It has several of the songs already mentioned. There are three entire CD’s that are ecclectic enough to for me to listen to without a glurge-attack: _Boogie Woogie Christmas_ Brian Setzer Orchestra (rockin’!) _Bright Day Star_ The Baltimore Consort (medieval, on authentic instruments) _Comfort & Joy_ Rockapella (the original songs are great!) FTR, I absolutely despise _Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer_. 😃 (where’s a Santa-hat smilie when I need one?) ---

Not one thought of “Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer” by Elmo and Patsy? That was worth each and every one of the 99 pennies I threw overboard to download this. “2000 Miles” by The Pretenders. “Baba Yetu” from the Civ IV soundtrack is also on my Xmas playlist. Seems weirdly appropriate (well, it _is_ the Lord’s Prayer…). And thanks for the hedz-up on the Jethro Tull Christmas album, **duality72**. ---
