Nothing because opinions change all the time. I just read that about 70% of americans have a negative view of French PM Chirac. I bet that 6 months ago 90% of americans didn’t know who Chirac even was. Our reputation will rebound eventually, but i think Bush’s unilateralism (not just on the war in Iraq, but ever since he came into office with his abandoning of international treaties) will continue bite the US in the ass. But as far as the OP, nothing will happen. Most 1st world nations don’t resort to war. At worst there will be some name calling but i assume it will be business as usual. ---

Well, considering that the offense the Republicans nailed Clinton on _had not occurred_ when the investigation began, I’d say psychic predictions are a time-honored tactic of partisans. I think I tied Rufus, as many of his supporters were coonvicted felons, unable to vote. ---
