# What would I be charged with if I ignored my neighbour, the murderer?

Doing something under duress is a mitigating factor or defense against many crimes, although it really depends on what you do and lots of fiddly details. Consult an expensive attorney.

But since it sounds like you’d be fine in this case even if he didn’t put a gun to your head, then you’re still likely in the clear.
