What would it take to get a whole state to secede? A whole lot. We here in New York City have been trying to get Staten Island to secede with absolutely no success. We can’t even get one tiny assed island to leave the state, even after we dumped all our garbage on it.

When you Californians figure it out please send an Ambassador over thisaway and explain to the Richmond County folks how it’s done.
