To be fair to **Smapti** ( **gasp** **choke** **gag** ), there was that thread I started [pitting those zillion cops](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=744639) for turning their backs _en masse_ on De Blasio, and he came in to vociferously agree with that! > [@And now: What about all those cops turning their backs on De Blasio?](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/and-now-what-about-all-those-cops-turning-their-backs-on-de-blasio/708293/3): > > Agreed as well.
