I would use the money to buy commercial sized refrigerators and equipment as well as a truck so I could start up a soup kitchen using surplus produce donated by the local stores and farms. In time, I would expand the program to give the pretty produce to people during weekly food giveaways. Once I had it going, I feel confident I could get grants to continue operations, getting funding to start is the problem. ---
