# What would you do?  (Teenage sex question)

Once again NOBODY has suggested I say the girl forcibly raped by nephew. I think some of you are just determined to read some sort of shady conspiracy into this. The facts are a 16 year old cannot legally consent to sex in our state. Now I have two options 1.) wait for the blade to fall and have somebody else report that underage kids had sex and deal with the falll out than with her parents giving whatever their version of the events are first or 2.) admitt what happened and get the best deal possible, perferably a detective and prosecutor saying “No biggie, we’re not going to prosecute.”

CAN YOU NOT READ! NO ONE IS ACCUSING THE GIRL OF FORCIBLE RAPE. THE BOY IS 16 YEARS OLD ANY PENETRATIVE SEXUAL ACTIVITY HE HAS IS ILLEGAL. You know I think it would be very interesting to see your reaction if the genders were reversed and I had a niece having sex at 16 and getting nude pictures sent to her.
